Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and design of safety bars, surge protectors and other hardware products;

2. Assist in the analysis of aftermarket hardware problems. According to the overall plan of the development of board hardware, master the schematic diagram, analyze the performance indicators, and quickly analyze the problems in the hardware;

3. According to product design requirements, responsible for circuit schematic and PCB design, optimize the design drawing;

4. Design and draw schematic circuit, PCB layout, output BOM table;

5. Write the single board circuit test software, develop the system kernel and the underlying driver software;

6. Communicate with other engineers to determine the system interface, PCB size and installation position;

7. Test the function signal of each module, assist software engineer to conduct communication test;

8. Complete the welding, installation and debugging of small batch prototype; Prepare related design documents, test reports and design specifications;

9. Continuously improve the function and performance of existing products, track the dynamics of related fields, and improve the stability and advancement of products.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of master's degree;

2. Proficient in the analysis and design of digital circuits and analog circuits; Skilled use of EDA software to draw circuit schematic diagram, PCB layout;

3. More than 5 years hardware development experience, can independently design and debug complex, high density, high speed board is preferred;

4. Familiar with Altium Designer/Cadence/Allego tools for schematic and PCB design;

5. Senior technician title in electronic technology, electronic technician title is preferred;

6. Proficient in using oscilloscope, signal generator and other debugging equipment for system debugging;

7. Experience in hardware patent writing is preferred;

8. Familiar with electronic product design, engineering application and other related work experience, familiar with the mass production process of electronic products.
